TUMBLING CLASSES

Ages 6 – 21

TUMBLING CLASS

We offer tumbling classes for school-age students at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Our tumbling classes focus on developing the strength, flexibility, and proper technique that will allow each student to progress quickly and safely. Students will learn both front and back tumbling skills, as well as aerials, balance skills, and cheerleading skills such as jumps. We will utilize the trampolines and other training equipment to ensure fun and success on our way to the more advanced tumbling skills.

Beginner/Intermediate Level:
Little to no experience is needed in order to participate in beginning level classes. Tumblers will be taught a variety of different basic gymnastic movements, such as Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, Bridge Kickovers, and Front and Back Walkovers. Back handsprings will be introduced to tumblers as well, enabling them to advance and learn Spotted Back Handsprings and Round Off Back Handspring connections. Coaches will work with our tumblers to progress through these movements with a more individualized approach based on the student’s skill level. Already have these skills? Check out our advanced level tumbling class.

Advanced Level:
Advanced tumblers coming into the class must be able to perform unassisted Back Handsprings, Round Off Back Handspring connections, Front Handsprings, and aerials. Our tumblers in this class will build upon their basic skill set by working toward more advanced skills such as Standing Back Tucks, Front Tucks, and Round Off Back Handspring Back Tucks. Mastered this set of skills as well? This class also goes beyond that, offering front to back connection tumbling and twisting as well.

REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN TUMBLE CLASSES.

An annual membership fee of $45 will apply to all new students with a monthly tuition.
